These Terms of Service (the “ Terms ” ) apply to your access to and use of MegaUp and related services collectively referred to as the “ Service ” . Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using MegaUp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your location, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use MegaUp for lawful purposes.

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, these Terms, and any rules or requirements of the platform through which the Service is made available.

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise share your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are solely responsible for the content you use with the Service. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use such content, and that your use of the content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to process, store, upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

If your content is processed by the Service, you grant us only the limited permission necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

MegaUp, including its software, design, interface, features, text, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in MegaUp or its related materials are transferred to you.

4. Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “ as is ” and “ as available ” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or system, or that any content or information provided through the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your important content and for ensuring that your use of the Service meets your own requirements.
